Built into a narrow 50mm heavy-duty aluminium case, the batteries are ideally suited to being mounted behind the rear seats in a 4¡Á4 cab, or up on the wall of a canopy, allowing you plenty of extra space to pack the rest of your gear. The batteries can be mounted in any orientation and come with eight brackets, giving you plenty of flexibility in how you decide to mount the unit.

Engineered using high-quality aluminium-encased prismatic cells, our 105Ah battery weighs just 14kg and has excellent vibration resistance qualities making it ideal for those looking to set out on a cross-country trip. The battery has a full 105Ah of usable power ¨C ideal for running 12V fridges, lighting, and pumps ¨C but also has the capacity to run even larger items.

Equipped with an advanced internal Battery Management System (BMS), the battery is capable of discharging at 200A continuous which means that it's able to run a 2000W inverter. This enables the battery to run, through an inverter, your favourite 240V appliances like coffee machines, toasters, and induction cooktops, without skipping a beat ¨C a feat that hasn't previously been possible with batteries at this size. Additionally, the BMS allows the batteries to be able to be either linked in parallel or series with up to four other batteries to create larger battery banks of up to 420Ah or systems at up to 48V.

ATTENTION: This battery is not suitable for under bonnet use.

* Note on discharge current: if you connect multiple batteries in parallel, the maximum discharge current is multiplied by the number of batteries in the array. For example, if you connect two of these batteries in parallel you can discharge at up to 400A.

DEEP CYCLE BATTERIES

Deep cycle batteries, sometimes also referred to as deep cell batteries, are designed to be deeply discharged on a regular basis. In contrast to starter batteries, which are designed to be constantly topped up and deliver short, high-current bursts of power, a deep cycle battery is designed to deliver sustained, lower-current power over a long period of time.

Our heavy duty battery box allows you to turn a regular deep-cycle battery into a convenient portable power station, or create a dual-battery setup using the optional VSR. It is suitable for all deep-cycle batteries up to 330mm (l) x 180mm (w) x 240mm (h) in size.
